| Poll: Recruiter Program (posted 346 days 9 hrs ago) | General Yingli
| It has been suggested before that present soldiers should help recruiting new battle school members and get rewarded for this, so I came up with a plan. Please let me know if you support this or if you want to suggest some modifications. 1. Minimum amount of points needed for joining an army is reduced to three, shortcut via forum post is removed. 2. New soldier has to name a current battle school member as their recruiter via member profile 3. Recruiter gets awarded five points when soldier completes first battle in Battle Room (after three days of activity they can join an army and instantly participate in Battle Room) 4. Recruiter gets awarded additional ten points when soldier completes third consecutive battle in Battle Room The problem with a recruiter program is that "fake members" join our site, people who are not really interested in participating. For our armies this wouldn't be helpful, so I do not want to give points on joining the site or joining an army. Additionally I think it would be better if the recruiter points would be recorded as "army points" so they are not tied to the individual recruiter. But that's up for discussion. Let me know what you think :D |

So you can see if the soilder is fighting for his team or him/herself, because whats more important to the player his team is number one or he is number one.Which might lead to a commander wanting to trade said soilder. |

| Hmm... for an army's total it doesn't matter if a soldier opts for having his recruiter points registered with the army directly or not. As long as he is with the army, the army's total is unchanged either way. However, isn't it more likely that a commander would trade a soldier with less individual points so it doesn't hurt their army much? I suggested having those recruiting points added to the army directly because it would be a good group task to organize some recruiting within an army which would then benefit as a group only, no matter if one member does most of the work or not. You know, team spirit and all that... some are better in battle than others, those others could contribute to the army points in other ways, like this one. |

However, sending their recruit points to their individual score will make them more marketable. I think individual score would motivate everyone more in that way. |

Unless an army makes a concerted effort to organize a recruitment campaign (like collaborating on new banners or something like that), I think the points should go to the individuals who bring the new members in. |

| Reply posted 346 days 1 hr ago | TFU42 | Any way we could earn retroactive points for people we recruited before this program. My fiance has taken part in three battles so far, and she signed up because of me. |

| Reply posted 345 days 21 hrs ago | Valentine | I think the points should go directly to the soldier who recruited. I also think that TFU42 should get points for his fiance joining (after that musical number they did!) |

| Reply posted 344 days 10 hrs ago | Quara | Maybe we should just make a ton of videos on youtube talking about how cool Battle School is. That could get a ton of people to join. |
